About Our Intro!
A quick Summary
For anyone interested in joining CrossFit-Defy, you must sign up for a 1 on 1 introduction! Our personalized introduction is about an hour of fun! We kick things off by covering the 4 fundamental CrossFit movements: the Push-Up, Lunge, Squat, and Burpee. For some, it might be a refresher, but we make sure EVERYONE learns something new and walks away with a smile! After our short sweat, we give you a complete tour of our facility and how it runs—from where to find all the equipment, how to sign in for classes, and even how to use our sales kiosk. This way, when you step into your first class, you'll feel confident and ready to attack the WOD, it's especially helpful if you're on the shy side!
Our intro is also a great way for us to get to know each other—your goals, motivations, and everything in between. After we move and groove through the workout, we'll hop on the InBody scanner for a complete body composition breakdown. It’s the perfect way to mark Day 1 of your journey and track your progress in real time! Fill the "Intro Request Form" to get scheduled!
